Hamburg band brings live hip-hop with attitude and groove

INFUNK are a hip-hop band from Hamburg that brings rap back to a real stage - with drums, bass and keys. No loops, no compromises - just an honest sound with punch and lyrics that oscillate between a filthy bar counter and a new perspective on life.

On their upcoming EP "Life Is Good" (release date: 21.11.2025), INFUNK combine organic live hip-hop with North German directness. The content is about trying to keep your composure in an often painful world, about love lost and love to be won, hard crashes and the beauty in the inconspicuous.

The EP was produced at the renowned Tonhotel in Hamburg, recorded and mixed by Gerd Mauff and mastered by Fabian Tormin (Plätlin Mastering).

With the singles "Schöner" and "In Der Kneipe Um Halb 10", the band provides two first insights: while "Schöner" searches for inner and outer peace with soulful keys and laid-back drums, the second single is a driving head-nodder about the danger of getting lost in world-weariness.

At their concerts, the four musicians inspire with energetic performances and a close relationship with the audience. Live jams with freestyle rap and improvised sounds are always part of the program.
