With their second album "ALTARA", the Ingen Navn Trio combines the energy of dance/pop with the freedom of jazz and fuses jazz elements with punk, techno, breakcore and drum 'n' bass. The result is an intensity and depth that leaves no one untouched.

The Ingen Navn Trio plays virtuoso, sometimes atmospheric pieces. The music moves from beautiful, dreamy melodies to wild, energetic rhythmic parts and shows creativity across genres. Meditative, deep-sounding, flowing, but also moving improvisations and nature sounds are skillfully interwoven in the compositions of saxophonist Inga Rothammel.

With the Ingen Navn Trio, saxophonist Inga Rothammel, who has twice been nominated for the German Jazz Award, has played at the Festival Jazz International Nijmegen (2021) and Cologne Jazzweek (2023), among others. She is a winner of the Werner Richard - Dr. Carl Dörken Foundation Jazz Competition (2021). With her debut album "Elewha" (BertholdRecords, 2024) and with her album "Octopetala" (Boomslangrecords, 2025) she was nominated for the German Jazz Award. In December 2022, she resided in the jungle of Peru for an extended period and traveled to the south of Argentina.
