Perception is never something rigid. It is created, moment by moment, by the brain, the body and the space in between. Every heartbeat, every breath, every flare-up of the nervous system is communication with the world. We don't just see or hear reality - we feel it, breathe it and move in it.
"Interoception" gives this dialog a voice: violin, harp, lungs, heart, brain. The musicians play while their own biosignals shape sound and visuals in real time - a loop in which physiology and music write each other as they are created.
