When stage meets life - that's the motto of an evening with JAN AMMANN AND LISA HABERMANN. On October 13, the musical performers will present themselves live and undisguised with piano in Stuttgart's Theaterhaus.

"When stage meets life" is not a classic song recital. It is a musical evening about roles and about life in between. About closeness, fantasy and the art of not taking oneself too seriously. And about music that doesn't make you flee to another world - but takes you right back to where we are right now.

With music, humor and a loving wink, JANAMMANN AND LISA HABERMANN talk about first songs and big roles, about high notes and moments that were "just about possible". They chat via WhatsApp even though they are sitting in the same room. They ask themselves who actually had it harder - and what would have happened if one of them hadn't become a singer at all. Or if they had never met.

Between well-known musical hits, medleys and surprising musical moments, the result is an evening that deliberately plays with expectations. Sometimes funny, sometimes tender, sometimes uncomfortably honest. A jam session becomes a lively jukebox, encores arise spontaneously, the audience becomes part of the action. Everything live, everything approachable - accompanied only by the piano.

JAN AMMANN has been one of the best-known musical performers in the German-speaking world for many years. He has played numerous leading roles in major productions such as Dance of the Vampires, Jekyll & Hyde, Rebecca, Dr. Zhivago and Ludwig². He also became known to a wide audience through his long-standing leading role in the successful television series Verbotene Liebe. His distinctive voice, great stage presence and versatility combine theater and television experience in a special way.

LISA HABERMANN is a musical actress, singer and performer and impresses with her great emotional depth and enthusiasm. She has appeared on stage in productions such as Mary Poppins, Sister Act and My Fair Lady. In addition to her work in renowned musical productions, she develops her own concert and narrative formats in which she combines music, personality and direct proximity to the audience.
