DANCE BLUES!
The group SAKUMAI invites you to a special evening - with traditional Japanese dance and music on the koto, a classical stringed instrument.
Experience the diversity of Japanese theater: The Japanese dance Buyō combines rhythmic "Odori", the calm, flowing "Mai" and the expressive gesture "Shigusa".

Program selection:

• "Knock on Sky " - modern koto solo

• "The Moon on the Ruin " - modern sword dance with koto

• "Sanbasō " - traditional dance from the year 1812

• "Love song " - duet for koto and bamboo flute

• "The waning moon" (上弦の月) - work by koto master Tadao Sawai, symbol of hope and inner peace
