Leipzig-based pianist Dominik Gershkovich is one of the most exciting young voices on the current jazz scene. With his trio, he is now presenting his new unreleased EP - a work that brings together exclusively his own compositions and shows his very personal musical signature.

The pieces are more than just notes on paper: they tell stories, open up spaces for the imagination and take the audience on a journey through different worlds of sound. Sometimes tender and lyrical, sometimes full of rhythmic energy. Gershkovich knows how to translate emotions into sounds and create his own little world with each piece.

The interplay with his trio is particularly intense. A lively dialog develops between the three musicians, in which spontaneity and a fine sense of dynamics come together. Each performance thus becomes a unique experience that cannot be repeated.
