Johannes Wasikowski is a magician of quiet, unobtrusive tones. He takes his listeners on a dreamy
journey and everyone can decide for themselves where to go.

Johannes Wasikowski is an up-and-coming figure in the field of contemporary piano music, which lies somewhere between the boundaries of jazz, (neo-)classical music and ambient pop . Comparisons to the greats such as Nils Frahm, Hania Rani or even classical composers like Erik Satie are obvious, but Wasikowski's outstanding technique, joy of playing and depth of composition show that there is still a lot to add to the genre.

At the end of 2025, Wasikowski recorded his first long-term album at the legendary Funkhaus Berlin under the direction of Grammy-award-winning sound engineer Antonio Pulli and producer Sascha Hünermund, which he will release in 2026.

With over 500,000 streams in one year, Johannes Wasikowski can easily call himself one of the rising stars of contemporary piano music. In 2023, Wasikowski went on tour with his program for the first time and thrilled his audience with around 15 concerts. Since then, Wasikowski has regularly toured Germany and other European countries. He performed alongside Zuzanna Calka on World Piano Day 2024 in Warsaw, at the Piano City Festival in Madrid and at the Goethe-Institut in Barcelona. Further invitations have taken him to Bologna, Bern and the Piano Revenge Festival in Paris in 2026.
