Julian Sas - Miles & Memories

Growing up in a small town in the Dutch province of Gelderland, Julian Sas spent his early years on a boat on the river, where he developed a close connection to the freedom of the water that later strongly influenced his music.
Over the years, he has been shaped by a wide range of musical influences, including blues, rock, heavy metal, jazz and more. He started playing in bands at the age of 13 and developed into a talented guitarist and singer.
At the end of 1994, the musician founded his first band, with which he continues to tour in various line-ups to this day.

His unmistakable sound is a successful mixture of his own songs and covers, especially of R&B titles.
He combines fast guitar riffs with soulful blues solos in the classic trio format: bass, drums and guitar. His style is old school, but produced in a modern way - equally powerful in sound and differentiated in tone.

Julian Sas is a world-renowned musician with a large fan base in the Benelux countries, the USA, Germany, Brazil, Great Britain, Eastern Europe and other countries.

With the current line-up of Lars-Eric van Elzakker on drums [...] and Edwin van Huik on bass [...], Sas returns to the roots of his musical role models Jimi Hendrix or Rory Gallagher, who played their kind of blues reduced to guitar, bass and drums.
