Let the heart-opening power of the cacao ritual guide you into a mindful calm, accompanied by gentle sound waves that bring body and mind into deep relaxation, a space to arrive in loving acceptance, to let go and recharge your batteries.

🌿 Cocoa ceremony: Start the workshop with a traditional cocoa ceremony. Ceremonial cacao is a natural heart opener that helps you to ground yourself and connect to your inner world. Enjoy this moment of mindfulness as you consciously tune into the practice.

🧘‍♀️ Yin yoga: Then immerse yourself in a gentle yin yoga practice, which is ideal for releasing tension, harmonizing the flow of energy in the body and slipping deeply into relaxation. The calm, long postures not only promote flexibility, but also give you mental peace and relaxation.

🎶 So und accompaniment: The entire yoga practice is accompanied by live sounds. Gentle melodies and subtle vibrations from singing bowls and other instruments help you to release blockages on all levels and find your inner balance.
