In the "Career paths in the music industry" workshop, Basti will show you the diverse professional fields related to music: from A&R and tour management to music journalism 🎤 You will find out which training and experience are helpful, which soft skills are particularly in demand and how to work your way into the industry step by step. Practical insights and tips will help you plan your first steps and pursue your career goals

Sebastian Schweizer is co-founder of the independent label Chimperator and played a central role in the success of CRO, which he accompanied from the very beginning. With his keen sense for artist development and brand building, he was instrumental in helping CRO achieve several number 1 albums and singles. As an experienced manager and label maker, he knows the balance between creative freedom and strategic planning like no other. At the end of 2024, he founded the new distribution division HIVE at Zebralution and took over its management.
