Klang der Stille • Klangreise mit Ralph Gaukel

Once a year, the Kulturhaus Schwanen in Waiblingen invites you on a special journey into the world of sound. From 5 p.m., sound artist Ralph Gaukel creates a live experience that is somewhere between a concert, performance and meditation.

Using Chinese gongs, Nepalese singing bowls, the kalimba sansula, the Klangauge and the Australian didgeridoo, Gaukel will create an atmospheric sound space that will set body and soul vibrating. Visitors can experience the performance sitting or lying down - blankets and cushions can be brought along, sleeping mats are available on site.

The "sound journey into silence" opens up spaces for inner peace, concentration and slowing down. Those who get involved will discover listening as a way of leaving everyday life behind, reducing stress and gaining new energy. Especially in our often overly loud present, these sounds act as an invitation to feel oneself and one's own perception more consciously.
