Try out the game of skill from Denmark in a tournament:

The Munich City Library invites you to the open KLASK tournament. KLASK is an action-packed board game where you compete against each other, similar to air field hockey. Whether you want to play casually or are in full competition mode - everyone is welcome here! The games are ready and the simple rules are explained on site by the Munich KLASK Club - ideal for beginners and advanced players. There are board games to be won from the publisher Gamefactory and the 1st & 2nd places qualify for participation in the German Championship 2026 in Berlin. They will also each receive a badge ticket for the entire Berlin BrettspielCon.

Procedure

• From 11.00 am: Get to know the game & free play
• 12.30-13.00: Information on rules, preliminary discussion and tournament structure

Tournament overview

• 1) Preliminary round (13.00 to 14.30)
  • Format: 4-6 games, 1 winning set each (Swiss system)
• 2) Knockout phase Final round: quarter-finals & semi-finals (14.30 to 15.15)
  • Format: Two winning sets each (places 1-8 from the preliminary round)
  • Parallel: Knockout phase "KLASK Talent Competition" - 1 winning set each (for all those who did not make it to the final round)
• 3) Final and match for 3rd place (15.15 to 16.00)
  • Format: 3 winning sets each

Notes

Depending on the number of participants, the times and the chosen tournament format may differ from the above schedule. Buffer times until 5 p.m. can be planned for any delays.

Registration by 08.05.2026 (13:00) in person on site, by telephone on 089 233 772435 or by e-mail to stb.motorama(at)muenchen.de Conditions of participation for the tournament: All persons residing in Germany aged 12 and over (accompanied by a legal guardian) may participate in qualifying tournaments and the German KLASK Championship 2026. Persons who have already qualified may not participate in further qualifying tournaments, unless the tournament could not otherwise take place due to a lack of participants. Anyone can come to watch and try out the free game.
