The kømpass career fair is the central career and recruiting event at the Golm campus and a lively meeting place for the university world and business.

Under the motto "Navigate your future", students, graduates, doctoral candidates and postdocs - especially from the STEM subjects, psychology, linguistics, education and teaching - will meet top (supra-)regional employers on 28.04.2026.

The focus is on open discussions at the exhibition stands, where participants can talk directly to professionals. The fair serves as a guide through the diverse field of career opportunities: From internships and working student activities to trainee programs and direct entry opportunities, attractive employers can be met here and valuable contacts can be made.

The kømpass career fair invites you to realign your own career compass. The day at the fair will be rounded off with delicious street food from various food trucks.
