Köbes Underground

For over 30 years, the iconic Cologne house band of the KÖLNER STUNKSITZUNG has been parodying well-known and popular songs in the alternative carnival and shines with pointed and witty lyrics on politics and society.

Whether pop hits or hip hop, rock music or classical music, KÖBES UNDERGROUND covers it all musically.

The specialty of KÖBES UNDERGROUND are the "Kölsch cover versions" of well-known hits and the parodies of carnival stars and other stars of show business.

At the live concerts, which last over three hours, the eleven-piece band presents a program with the best music-comedy numbers from the last few years of the STUNKSITZUNG.

The Tambourcorps puts on a magnificent cymbal performance, the farmer rocks in the Dreigestirn, the Can Can becomes a sing-along hit and OZAN AKHAN comes as Freddy Mercury.

How to get there:

S-Bahn: Lines S12/ S19 to the Porz-Wahn stop. From there it is about a five-minute walk to Eltzhof.

Bus: KVB lines 160, 162, 163, 164 stops Wahn-Kirche or Wahn S-Bahnhof.

By car: Take the A59 (airport highway) to the "Wahn" exit, turn right and follow the main road (Heidestraße) in the direction of Wahn S-Bahnhof until you enter Wahn, cross the intersection and turn into Sankt-Sebastianus-Straße. Parking is available both directly at the Eltzhof and in the adjacent EDEKA parking lot, where the Eltzhof parking spaces are marked.
