18th KÖLNER KINO NÄCHTE // May 28 - 31, 2026

The festival of Cologne cinemas, film initiatives, film festivals, distributors, cultural institutions and universities will take place for the 18th time in 2026. Once again, there will be a joint, wide-ranging film program of previews and premieres with guests, film classics and film series and short film programs.

Visitors can choose from a total of 50 films at 17 different venues throughout the city. With the combined ticket for €22 (incl. advance booking fee), you can see all films with one ticket!

Whether open-air cinema at the Odonien, Japanese cinema at the Japanese Cultural Institute, feature and documentary films at the Filmpalette, a best-of of the 2001 cinema year at the Cinenova or a wide selection of films at the Lichtspiele Kalk.
