Cologne pub quiz - 100% Kölsch, 0% knowledge from outside.

Since September 2022, The Kölsch Crew has been hosting the legendary pub quiz "Kölschet Pläsier em Kwartier" almost every month in the Kwartier pub on Zülpicher Straße in Cologne. Over 30 editions later, one thing is clear: this quiz is a cult event in the Veedel.

Think you already know everything about Cologne? Prove it when Michael Piel, founder of The Kölsch Crew, invites you to the Cologne knowledge test again - in the middle of the student quarter on Zülpicher Straße.

This is how the Cologne pub quiz works
The game is played in teams of 2 to 6 people. Each edition consists of three rounds of questions - and all of them are exclusively about Cologne:

1. Round - Surprise topic: Different every time, Cologne every time. Sometimes historical, sometimes curious, sometimes funny - but always related to the cathedral city.
2. Round - General knowledge about Cologne: From Roman history to FC, carnival, brewing culture and Veedel to real insider questions.
3. Round - Cologne music: Here you have to guess songs - using creative, AI-generated images, among other things. Anyone who knows Bläck Fööss, Höhner, Kasalla & Co. has a clear advantage.

Between the rounds and before and after the quiz, Cologne music is of course played. The "Kölschet Pläsier em Kwartier" is therefore more than just a pub quiz in Cologne - it is an evening full of Veedel atmosphere, singing along, laughter and Kölsch in a glass.
