Cry & Scream & Aftercare with Gisela Dorn

Anger and grief are powerful emotions - often suppressed, misinterpreted or taboo. In this workshop, we create space to allow both: the crying, the screaming, the letting go.

Together with Gisela Dorn (she/her), we will explore how emotions manifest themselves in the body and how they can be transformed through movement, voice and breathing.
Gisela is a performance artist, body therapist and empowerment coach and works at the interface of somatic practice, trauma healing and artistic expression.

Through bodywork, mindful reflection and shared rituals, moments of connection, strength and liberation are created. The workshop ends with an aftercare part - space for rest, integration and caring for each other.

This evening is an invitation to show yourself - raw, real, emotional.

A two-week art and community project by Start2Dance e.V. and the Fluid Identity Network in the tanzRAUM of the Faust cultural center.
From November 8 to 23, 2025, spaces for encounters, art, music, film, dance and discussions will be created - queer, migrant, local and in solidarity.
