Grounding, meditation and ancestral connection with Aryani Willems

Immerse yourself in a space of calm, presence and connection. Together with Aryani Willems, we explore the power of grounding, the depth of meditation and the tender, strengthening bond with our ancestors.

With gentle exercises, grounding, breath, movement and moments of stillness, space is created to feel supported - by life, by the earth, by all that has created you.
Feel free to bring a blanket to snuggle up with - we will lie down and go on an inner journey accompanied by a large drum.

If you like, bring a small offering: Flowers, fruit, natural objects or a picture of your ancestors (e.g. from grandma, grandpa or older generations).

In the second part on November 17, Aryani Willems accompanies a Balinese gamelan ensemble together with 14 musicians.
Sound, vibration and presence merge into a shared experience - a ritual of listening, feeling and connecting.

A two-week art and community project by Start2Dance e.V. and the Fluid Identity Network in the tanzRAUM of the Faust cultural center.
