Art & Concert Special

On Thursday, April 23, you have the opportunity to combine a visit to the current exhibition "Die Szene" with a concert in the Schleuse Zwei music bar, including a free drink.
The exhibition will be open exclusively for you from 17:30 to 19:30. From 7 pm you can stop by the music bar and get a free drink (wine, beer, soft drink) before the concert by RIP SWIRL starts at 8 pm.
And all this for only 15€ (plus fee) in advance.

About the exhibition:

The title "The Scene" comes from the photo book of the same name by Gregor Guski, which serves as a guide for the exhibition. Here, Guski presents his view of Düsseldorf's current art scene and portrays selected artists.
In addition, each of the 15 participating artists will present their own work, allowing visitors to experience their current artistic work in the original. This creates a multi-layered dialog between photographic approach and concrete work, between process and result, intimacy and publicity.

About the concert:

If you would describe the soundtrack of your life as wistful, nostalgic indie-electronics, RIP SWIRL is just the ticket. The musician takes us back to bygone indie days in the finest shoegaze style.
