Short films, long impact: The popular KURZ.FILM.TOUR 2025 - cinema tour of the German Short Film Award - will return to Cologne this summer. In 2025, the 13 nominated and award-winning short films of the current German Short Film Award(Lola trophy) will once again be on a Germany-wide cinema tour. The 27th KURZ.FILM.TOUR offers cinema audiences the wonderful opportunity to see the films of the German Short Film Award on the big screen.

On Saturday, August 23, 2025 at 10:00 pm, the audience favorite SHORT.FILM.TOUR 2025 will be a guest of the "Summer Cologne 2025" initiative on the Seeterrasse in the Mediapark in Cologne. Together with the SK Stiftung Kultur, the city of Cologne is once again offering a varied open-air cultural program there throughout the summer vacations. On August 23, 2025, a total of four nominated and award-winning short films from the current short film award repertoire will be on the program.
