Due to the excessive damage to the 16mm film caused by chemical processes, we are unfortunately only able to show a Bluray projection.

Professor Marcus takes up residence in the house of the bona fide old lady Mrs. Wilberforce. He pretends to be making music with his friends, but in reality the unlikely quintet is planning to rob a money transport at nearby King's Cross station in London. The coup succeeds thanks to the help of the unsuspecting lady, who is supposed to collect the suitcase with the loot from the left-luggage office. Despite the large police contingent, she brings the luggage home unmolested. The honest old lady is no stranger to the local police, as she likes to report suspicious behavior. And that's exactly what she intends to do when she accidentally catches up with the bumbling gang of criminals. Her fate seems to be sealed.

LADYKILLERS is a masterpiece of British humor, brought to the screen in different facets by the outstanding actors, above all Alec Guiness and Katie Johnson.
