In this special event, we combine philosophy and sensor technology:
We look at the three phases of human life - youth, middle age and mature wisdom - and reflect on their respective strengths, weaknesses and idiosyncrasies.
To accompany this, we taste three champagnes that are representative of these stages:
- a young champagne with a short bottle ageing period (2 years)
- a middle-aged champagne (5 years)
- and a mature champagne with a long bottle ageing period (10 years).
