Larkly (Indie-Pop, Singer-Songwriter)

An evening with LARKLY is like an evening with a good friend. First you pour your heart out and at the end you go home full of positive energy. LARKLY packs irony, feminist self-empowerment and personal stories into groovy indie pop. Her vocal repertoire includes jazzy vibes, haunted intimate passages and rocking outbursts. Accompanied by her band, the result is a sound somewhere between Amy Winehouse and Portishead. LARKLY writes her songs mostly in English, occasionally also in German. Musically, she played in various formations from swing to ska-punk before she found the courage to make her own music. Her first EP was released in 2024. The debut album will follow in 2026, in which she finds herself musically after many years of searching. Incidentally, her name is derived from the songbird lark. A small bird with a big voice that took a little longer to finally learn to fly.
