In the organizer's words:
In the fall, when the days get shorter and darker, it's just the right time for the traditional lantern parade through Altricklingen. We start at the district center and are accompanied by two marching bands, the police and the Ricklingen volunteer fire department. At the end, there will be sausages, stick bread and drinks in the parking lot at the Ricklingen district center.
