How do you enter politics when you are raising children, doing care work and often feel left alone in everyday life? Why are there so often no people with care responsibilities on political committees - and what needs to change?
You are invited to an evening with Sarah Zöllner, author of the book "Mothers in Politics!" and initiator of the networking platform www.muetter-macht-politik.de
In short readings, she will provide insights into the experiences of mothers who are politically active - and those who would like to be. Afterwards, we want to get into conversation: about structural barriers, about political framework conditions and also about personal experiences with family reality and politics. The discussion round is expressly open to different perspectives - including controversial ones.
The event is aimed at anyone who is interested in fairer political participation - with or without children, with or without a party affiliation. We look forward to seeing you!
FREE ADMISSION!
Food and drinks on a self-pay basis.
The event will take place in the gallery.
