FLINTA* people are still underrepresented in the creative industry and their perspectives are often less visible. As a collective of 20 design students, we are responding to this with ROOM4 and creating a platform by FLINTA* creatives for FLINTA* creatives. People, work, experiences and topics from the industry are shared and made visible via an Instagram account. Posts such as glossaries, recommendations, project presentations and event announcements create exchange, orientation and networking. ROOM4 understands space as something that can be actively occupied.

Being visible, giving space to voices and creating new connections creates a growing community that strengthens FLINTA* creatives and anchors their perspectives in the industry in the long term.
