Lieder mit Sternen - A & the universe

A & the Universe invite you to a special concert full of sensuality and contrasts.
Under the title "Songs with Stars", Anett (vocals, bass) and Kay (guitar, vocals) Krause combine songs from their concert program The Universe and A with pieces that reflect Advent and the Christmas season from very different perspectives - from traditional Christmas carols to cheerfully kitschy Christmas hits.

The result is an interplay of reduction and fullness: sometimes just a voice and a guitar, very simple, very close, sometimes wide sound spaces with fine guitar effects, groovy electronic beats and surprising sounds. Anett's clear, touching voice takes center stage and guides the listener through the different moods - from tender devotion to festive splendor.

"Lieder mit Sternen" is a program to enjoy: warm, atmospheric, sometimes almost lush, then again simple and concentrated. It opens up spaces for Advent contemplation as well as for small moments of singing along and smiling.

The result is a concert that makes the many facets of the pre-Christmas period audible - sensual, surprising and always with a view of the vastness of the heavens.
