On April 29, the Pantheon presents an evening that opens musical borders as part of the Over the Border Festival: Lina Bó & Friends meet The Trouble Notes - two acts that stand for cultural diversity and unbridled musical energy.
Lina Bó, the duo of Celina and Bó, is one of the most exciting newcomers on the German indie and world music scene. Discovered on the street, later promoted by Elephant Music and now signed to Sony Music, they combine retro pop, global music influences and warm, handmade sounds. Celina, the daughter of a violin maker and a Cuban musician from Miami, has brought musical depth since early childhood; Bó complements her with his own family musical background and his love of the piano. Her energetic concerts - from living rooms to large festival stages - and over 30,000 social media followers show: Lina Bó have long been more than just an insider tip.
With The Trouble Notes, they are also an internationally acclaimed trio that fuses folk, rock and world music into a rousing global sound. Their performances full of intensity, rhythm and musical wanderlust inspire audiences worldwide. Together, both acts embody the core of the Over the Border idea: music as a bridge between cultures and openness.
