Lino printing is a little love. You can see what you are doing. With every carver (and carver). And you have to simplify every motif, every drawing you have.

In this workshop you have three hours for lines, contrasts, reduction - and for the quiet happiness when the first print succeeds. You will get an insight into the basics: the translation of the motif, how to work with the tool. You decide on a format:

-Stamps Small motifs that you print several times - on paper or on fabric. Perfect for patterns, cards, wrapping paper or textile experiments.

- A5 prints A clearly reduced motif as a small edition. An image that you can print several times and vary.

If you like, you can bring your own drawings. I also have a selection of templates with me - animals, plants, reduced shapes that are well suited to the evening format. Tools are there. Paint too. Coffee and tea anyway. At the end, you'll go home with your own prints - perhaps raw and wild, perhaps fine and clear. In any case, homemade.
