The sound of KONTROLLVERLUST is modern and unusually broad, but the musicians swear by the tried and tested formula "guitar, drums, bass and it works as well as ever! With over 3.5 million views on their videos and 2 million streams on Spotify, KONTROLLVERLUST now bow to a worldwide audience and delight their fans with disco covers of Disney, anime and TV intros, "My Heart will go on (Titanic)" or medleys and mash-ups, awakening memories and adding another one: Everything can be done differently.

SOLD OUT! - What band doesn't dream of this? For KONTROLLVERLUST this dream came true on their very first club tour. The band simply sold out in a total of 8 cities! In Hamburg, Frankfurt and Cologne, tickets became scarce after just a few days, because the fanbase of anime fans, 90s kids and pop-punkers was eager for the tour. Visitors were treated to intro songs from cartoons, anime and TV series, as well as long-forgotten catchy tunes that the band dug up from the depths of the 90s and 2000s charts. It's like sitting in front of the TV again after school with cornflakes while your favorite series is on - except that nobody comes in and tells KONTROLLVERLUST to turn it down... or even worse: get some fresh air! It's clear that the four guys are now more excited about the next tour than if they were waiting for the last season of their favorite series. That's why they're going straight on in 2026! In addition to numerous conventions and festivals in Germany and Austria, another club tour is already in the pipeline, which will stretch from November 2026 to January 2027, and it's probably no surprise that the first tickets are already sold out. In 2026, the boys also promise to perform songs from Disney films and video games! KONTROLLVERLUST have not only lived the pop culture and zeitgeist of the 90s and 2000s, they've eaten it with spoons and are mercilessly hitting the tried and tested with the nostalgia club - guitar, drums, bass!
