In the organizer's words:

As a coach, I hear the same sentences over and over again:

• "I've been going round in circles at work for years."
• "I've been trying to change something for years, but I can't do it on my own."

• "I'm unhappy with my boss and the team atmosphere is terrible. How can I finally get out of this?"

The live consultation is exactly for situations like this: you will experience a 30-minute live consultation on a real case - in the presence of a small group. The aim is not to find a complete solution, but to take the next decisive step. You take away clear to-dos and patterns that you can apply directly.

For whom?

For specialists and managers who have already tried a lot - and now want to put it into practice.

This is how it works (60-90 min.)

1. Arrive & clarify goal (approx. 10 min)
2. Live case consultation (fishbowl) -one case giverreceives 30 min focus
3. Harvest - to-dos & learnings for all (15-20 min)
4. Optional Q&A (10-20 min)

Role in the session:

• Case giver (m/f/d): introduces the topic.
• Spectators: listen, learn, receive concrete application impulses.
