Luxury Calm Session

Sometimes you don't need a long vacation, but simply a moment in which everything around you becomes quiet. That's exactly what this Luxury Calm Session is for: 45 minutes in which the room is held just for you.

You come into a quiet yoga studio where everything is already prepared: a high-quality mat, soft blankets, gentle lighting, soft music in the background and the scent of incense that makes the room feel warm and calm. Many people say that they automatically breathe more deeply as soon as they enter.

You can simply lie down. Without having to do anything, without wanting to achieve anything. It's just about really arriving with yourself.

I accompany you through a gentle, guided meditation. During this time, I work with Reiki and repeatedly lay my hands on you, sometimes adding a subtle energy spray or a fragrance. My attentive presence, touch and the calm atmosphere in the room allow your thoughts to expand and your body to become noticeably softer. Gradually, this rare state emerges in which your head suddenly has a lot more space and your inner life becomes more organized.

This session is especially designed for people who do a lot, think a lot and long for a place where they don't have to function. For people who are not looking for a group session, but rather a protected setting in which the attention is really only on them.

Many leave with a feeling of spaciousness in their body, a clearer head and a deep sense of calm that lingers for a long time. This is often the moment when you realize: I've come back to myself.

The Luxury Calm Session takes place in Düsseldorf and is only offered once or twice a week, always as an exclusive 1:1 accompaniment.
