EDEKA Maaß Oberneuland, together with Emotional.Zone, Oberneuland Magazin, Rausgegangen.de and Cafe-Schwarz.TV, has beenpresenting Maaßkultur every Wednesday from May to October since 2023. From 17:30 to 20:30, whereby... the end of the concert is largely determined by the audience (i.e. you)!

HEROLESS | MONKA

The indie music scene can look forward to an exciting collaboration: Heldenlos and Matthias Monka have joined forces to explore new creative paths together. With their EP "Vier Jahreszeiten", they give a foretaste of their artistic vision and the path they want to take together. At a time when many people are confronted with the challenges of change and adaptation, Heldenlos and Matthias Monka are setting an inspiring example. Instead of complaining about current circumstances or condemning the future, they firmly believe that true growth comes from a willingness to question and surpass oneself, sharing not only a passion for music but also a belief that cooperation is the key to success. By working together on their music and sharing resources, they not only expand their artistic reach, but also their creative possibilities, and the synergy they have already felt in previous projects motivates them to reach new heights together.

The "Four Seasons" EP, (to be released in March 2025), is the result of their collaboration and their personal experiences with the facets of love. Each song is composed with love and dedication, and each note reflects the emotions they have experienced in their own relationships. From the refreshing feelings of spring to the melancholy moments of winter, the EP will sensitively capture the highs and lows of a relationship. With their music, Heldenlos and Matthias Monka not only want to entertain, but also inspire reflection. They invite their audience to explore the different seasons of love while reflecting on their own journey through life.

Free admission to Maaßkultur, we collect by the hat. Just come along and enjoy good music with good conversation among acquaintances, friends and strangers, or maybe even a little dance!!!?

Don't worry about Bremen's shietwetter, if it rains too much we'll simply move to our favorite café. The Lieblingscafé will also offer a special snack menu on the evenings of MAASSKULTUR, so you can enjoy your evening meal on site.
Enjoy a few hours of music in a relaxed atmosphere on our (hopefully always summery) square with musicians and bands from a wide variety of genres. And if you like it - musicians love spotlights - then you are welcome to leave something for the musicians and bands...
