Join internationally renowned yoga teacher Mark Stephens at The Yogaloft Cologne for an inspiring program of open classes. This program is designed for yoga teachers, instructors, yoga therapists and dedicated students of all levels of experience.

Based on ancient wisdom, modern science and over 35 years of uninterrupted yoga experience, Mark places special emphasis on honoring the different conditions, intentions and potentials of each individual.

The Masterclasses (open classes) offer an experiential insight into Mark's inclusive and accessible approach to asana, pranayama and meditation.

The workshops create space for deeper learning where teachers and serious practitioners can expand their knowledge, refine their skills and develop greater clarity and confidence in practice and teaching.

Bookings for full days or the entire program are of course also available.

To complement these offerings, Mark also invites you to informal evening talks on current issues in the yoga world - an opportunity to reflect together, ask questions and share experiences in a relaxed community.
