Finally Mashery in the north of Cologne! Every Thursday (12pm-10pm) it gets colorful, loud and delicious: The Mashery - Hummus Kitchen team takes over the kitchen at AYNI em Stüverhoff!

Look forward to creamy hummus, colorful toppings, Mediterranean specialties and perfectly mixed drinks - served with a Levantine vibe.

At lunchtime there are delicious lunch specials and in the evening, in addition to a variety of mezze, there are also two Mashery AYNI exclusives: hummus with minced redefine meat and a Lebanese spice mix and the legendary falafel smash burger - spicy falafel combined with cheese, lettuce, tahini and sumac onions on a soft burger bun!
