Design & pour your own massage candle pot, optionally with fragrance - for pure relaxation at home or as a gift. Warm wax that nourishes & pampers. Your spa moment, homemade! 💆🏼‍♀️

What to expect (2 appointments, super easy)
Appointment 1 (3.5h): Choose a premium ceramic pot, paint it colorfully, we fire it (1-2 weeks).
APPOINTMENT2 (approx. 90 min.): Pick up your pot, fill it with massage wax & fragrance of your choice - take it home immediately!

Everything included

• High-quality pot + colors/brushes (appointment 1)
• 1 drink per person and appointment (2 in total): Matcha, mocktails or soft drinks (allergies? Make a note when booking!)
• Natural shea massage wax + wooden wick + premium fragrance (appointment 2)
• Professional instruction

Want more creativity? An extra ceramic costs just €15 without wax and €20 with wax.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation free of charge:
Up to 7 days before the event date, you can cancel your booking free of charge by e-mail/WhatsApp or rebook to another date.

Cancellation 6 to 2 days before the date:
If you cancel between 6 and 2 days before the event date, we will charge 50% of the ticket price. Alternatively, you can rebook once free of charge to another date or transfer your ticket to another person.

Cancellation from 48 hours before the event / no-show:
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start of the event or in the event of ano-show, the full ticket price will be charged. A refund is not possible in this case. However, you can transfer your ticket to another person - please let us know in good time.

Group bookings (8 or more people):
The same deadlines apply for groups of 8 or more people; due to the higher planning effort involved, we reserve the right to charge at least 50% of the total amount for last-minute cancelations (less than 7 days). We will clarify details as part of the individual group confirmation by email.

Rebookings:
Subject to availability, rebooking to another date is possible oncefree of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the event. Any further rebooking may be subject to a processing fee of €10 per booking.

Vouchers & promotional prices:
Tickets that have already been paid for can usually be converted into vouchers, but cannot be paid out in cash. Promotional prices and discounts cannot be combined with other promotions and are only valid for the advertised period and the respective event.

Important note for rebooking:
If you rebook your ticket to another date (regardless of the time of the rebooking), the new event is considered a new booking. It is not possible to cancel again free of charge. If the new date is canceled - no matter how many days in advance - 100% of the ticket price will be charged as a cancellation fee. The rebooking itself is free of charge up to 48 hours before the original event; after that, it is subject to the above-mentioned cancellation rules (50% for 6-2 days, 100% for <48 h). We therefore recommend that rebookings are made well in advance.

These regulations help us to plan material, staff and places fairly - and at the same time to provide you and all other guests with a high-quality experience.
