MAUDE - 18.00 h:

Hip-hop, RnB and neo-soul

Maude is a French-Senegalese singer-songwriter whose music oscillates between hip-hop, RnB and neo-soul. Whether on atmospheric beats or acoustic guitar, her multilingual songs revolve around identity, emotion and change and combine personal stories with a fine sense of groove.

Inspired by artists such as SZA, Hiatus Kaiyote or Khruangbin, Maude develops her own sound language - grounded, intimate and yet full of radiance. She is an integral part of Cologne's grassroots scene and has performed live at the WDR COSMO Festival 2025, among others. With her current single "Solo", she continues on her path - between cultures, soundscapes and stories.

NARÎNÊ- VOICES OF THE FEMALE DIASPORA - 19.00 h:

Worlmusic

NARÎNÊ "is a newly founded women's ensemble that unites the voices and instruments of women from various diaspora communities. Their roots lie in conflict regions where women's musical expression is deeply rooted as a powerful form of resistance.

These musicians have come together in Cologne and interpret folk songs, art songs and their own pieces - in Kurdish, Turkish and Armenian, among others. This music came to Germany through the migration history of their parents, grandparents and also through their own migration experience and tells of shared pain, longing for a homeland, but also universal love stories and hope for a better life. With harmonious instrumentation and their own arrangements, the musicians Zainab Lax, Atiya Lax, Burçin Keskin and Eylem Külahçi create bridges between the different musical and cultural worlds in which they move and take us on a touching journey.
