We create a place where female commitment, attitude and perspectives become visible.

We are creating an evening where political education, community and empowerment come together.

We cordially invite you to the final event of the "Politikpraktikum" project.

We will address the following questions, among others:

• How can we succeed in making local politics more female?
• How can we break down barriers so that more women become active in politics?
• How can political engagement be reconciled with everyday life, work and care work?
• What motivates women to get more involved - and what still holds them back?
• How do we create political spaces in which women are heard instead of ignored?

Program

• Discussion with Julia Pedersen, Equal Opportunities Officer of the City of Cologne
• Reading and discussion with Tannaz Falaknaz, Cécile Weidhofer, eaf Berlin - Diversity in Leadership: "Too different for power - How courageous women are fighting for equal rights in politics"
• Forum theater scenes and project presentations with female students from Katharina Henoth Comprehensive School and Dreikönigsgymnasium: Presentation of the results of the political internship weeks for female students.
• Moderation: Aisha Camara
• And you! All guests are invited to actively participate and will find time to exchange ideas with free drinks and snacks.
