Seminar description

We invite you to explore the many facets of your manhood. In the safe space of our seminar, you will have the opportunity to exchange ideas with other men, to be inspired and challenged by them and to deepen your contact with yourself and others. We see "Men at Work" as inner work - work that can not only be enriching and exciting, but also fun.

We encourage you to rediscover and try out your own masculinity by testing yourself in different roles and situations. You will also find access to topics related to male role models in your life.

Through a mixture of experience-oriented exercises, self-exploration and joint reflection, we will explore the topic of manhood. The group will support you in finding your very own path to the "Man at Work" within you.

• Reconciliation with the darker sides of masculinity
