We start with the mental health sessions at 8:15 pm:

20:15 Cacao-Session: "Experience yourself"
with Marie, incl. electronic beats.

We drink a cup of raw cacao together, 100% pure, non-hallucinogenic plant medicine that opens your heart and supports you in opening up to your inner voice and physical intuition.
Cacao, sound and body invite you to feel yourself, to move intuitively and freely and to get in touch with yourself and others.
(Marie's cacao includes soy drink and honey. If you have any questions, please contact Marie directly. Please bring your own cup)

21:15 Breathwork - Shaken & Feel Sessions - weird, wild and whole
with Maja, accompanied by electronic beats.

In this session, conscious breathing, loud beats, shaking together and free dance come together - an invitation to let everything flow within you: loud, quiet, raw, real.

What you can expect:

Techno with AYK (Nomadic Playground I Stuttgart) all night long.

AYK (aka Kay Sigl) is a member of the DJ collective Nomadic Playground.
AYK's music combines ambient soundscapes, house and breakbeat with lo-fi and downbeat influences. Analog basses and melodies meet stimulating soundscapes and groovy percussion.
