Everyone wants Miles

To conclude the focus on the 100th anniversary, the most important musical partner in Miles Davis' late phase celebrates albums such as "We Want Miles", "Tutu" and "Amandla" with fellow musicians such as Mike Stern, Bill Evans and Mino Cinelu. After the release of "We Want Miles" in 1982, the band did not play together for more than 40 years until Miller invited them to a big revival at the renowned Blue Note jazz club in New York in 2022. "I wanted to hear what we sounded like as adults," he said at the time. The result must have convinced him: Now he is bringing this spectacular band revival to the Elbphilharmonie.
