We'll show you how a classic workflow works on a portafilter machine - from coffee origins to espresso preparation. But instead of milk frothing and latte art, this time we'll take a different turn - and teach you how to mix (espresso) cocktails!
First and foremost, of course, our classic Espresso Martini, to which we have even dedicated a neon sign in the roastery. But you can also try out other drinks with espresso - for example our Espresso Orchard or an Espresso Sour.
You can also use the skills for other cocktails. No previous knowledge is necessary.
We will give you a brief introduction to the origins of coffee, the workflow on the portafilter machine, guide you through the espresso brewing and cocktail shaking (or stirring) process and respond to your questions and suggestions. The courses last a good two hours, giving you the opportunity to try things out and ask questions.
