Mixed martial arts fighter Sarah is at the end of her professional sports career and is looking for a new job. She accepts an offer from a rich Jordanian who hires her as a personal trainer for his three sisters. Sarah leaves her life in Vienna behind and now lives in a luxury hotel in Amman. A chauffeur picks her up regularly and takes her to the secluded country estate of her client's family. But the three young women she is supposed to train seem only moderately interested in physical exercise. For them, Sarah primarily represents access to the outside world, which they are otherwise only allowed to enter when accompanied by male bodyguards.
