Dr. Ape, our German "Lemmy", brings the legendary bass sound of Motörhead directly to the stage - and with an amazing resemblance! With his distinctive wart and his look, he could be Lemmy's twin brother - danger of confusion included!
Our setlist is a real "Greatest Hits", a "No Sleep til Hammersmith" and Lemmyversary experience, which includes the classics of the early Motörhead era such as "Bomber", "Motörhead" and "Motörizer" as well as the latest rockers à la "Heroes".
Motörblast has long since established itself as a permanent fixture in the world of Motörhead tribute bands.
We have already been on the line-up alongside international acts such as Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons, JBO, Pro Pain, Motorjesus, Regner, Zakk Wylde and many more.
Our journey has taken us to the stages of legendary clubs and festivals: Monkeys Music Club in Hamburg, the Colos Saal in Aschaffenburg, the Z7 in Pratteln (Switzerland) and the Graspop Festival in Belgium are just some of the stops along the way.
But that's not all: At the Wacken Festival, Dr. Ape presented the exclusive Motörhead wine and beer range as a Lemmy double - giving party-hungry fans the opportunity to experience the Motörhead spirit up close!
