The Indian comedian Munawar Faruqui will be performing his current program "Dhandho" at the Kulturbunker Cologne. The evening is organized by NRW-Events.

"Dhandho" combines elements of comedy, storytelling and personal reflection to create a two-hour performance that moves between humor, seriousness and social observation. Faruqui interweaves his own experiences with trenchant observations of everyday life, creating a multi-layered stage set of laughter, thoughtfulness and emotion.

Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap describes the show as "more than stand-up - an experience that resonates long after the lights have gone out."

With "Dhandho", Munawar Faruqui presents a narrative form that pushes the boundaries of classic stand-up comedy and turns personal stories into an intense overall experience.
