Literary criticism is not only part of the cultural industry, but also participates in the production process of literature itself. How do professional critics react when they read a new text? The author Sophia Klink presents a literary text in a live debate with Günter Keil, Thomas Lang, Eva Pramschüfer and Antje Weber. We then ask literary critics what criteria they themselves use to question the craft of literature. And finally, we will discuss the meaning, purpose and future of literary criticism in the age of BookTok & Co.

This spring, the Münchner Volkshochschule is organizing the "Münchner Schiene" as part of the literature festival.
