Mobility is more than just the question of how we get from A to B: It is the basis for social participation and a prerequisite for an equal, self-determined life. In addition to well-connected mobility options, we therefore need short distances, space to walk and linger, green areas and meeting places. But how do we distribute the scarce urban space in a sustainable way? In the style of a House of Commons debate, experts and the audience express their opinions on controversial topics based on the choice of space - and then both sides have their say.

We discuss with Prof. Dr.-Ing. Klaus J. Beckmann (acatech), Georg Dunkel (LH Munich, Mobility Officer) and Carolin Zimmer (TUM, Chair of Settlement Structure and Transport Planning), supported by MCube (Munich Cluster for the Future of Mobility in Metropolitan Regions).
