Mutter-Tochter-Workshop: Selbstbewusst kontern und clever reagieren

Who hasn't been there: a supposedly funny joke at our expense, big and small disrespectful remarks from other people, praise that wasn't meant seriously or cheeky criticism that leaves us speechless? Countering confidently and reacting cleverly is what we call quick-wittedness. This interactive workshop is aimed specifically at mothers and daughters (aged 13 and over) and offers a unique opportunity to develop strategies for quick-witted and clever responses together. Quick-wittedness helps you to react confidently in certain situations and boost your own self-confidence.

This workshop enables mothers and daughters to spend time together away from the daily routine and to strengthen their personal development.

What you can expect:

• Basics of repartee - Why do we often think of the best answer later?
• Practical techniques - countering with humor, determination or charm
• Strengthening self-confidence - convincing through body language and voice
• Exercises & role plays - mastering typical everyday situations (e.g. stupid remarks, criticism, unexpected questions)
• Mother-daughter teamwork - growing together, supporting and exchanging ideas

After the workshop, mothers and daughters go home with new impulses, more self-confidence and a quick-witted mindset - ready to assert themselves with words (in the real and digital world) and to strengthen each other.

Of course, other women-girl pairs can also take part, e.g. godmother and goddaughter or grandmother and granddaughter. The minimum age for girls is generally 13 years!

The workshop fee of 80 euros is for two people.
