In September, we present four outstanding artists from Helsinki who bring the best of the Finnish synthwave scene to the Blue Shell. Let them take you on a musical journey that ranges from dreamy landscapes to dark cyberpunk sounds.

Ace Buchannon from Helsinki combines modern production techniques with the authentic vintage sound of the 80s in his futuresynth/synthwave sound. His music is an emotional and passionate mixture of dreamy soundscapes, enriched with saxophone, guitars and vocals. The result: a playful sound that captures the essence of the 80s.

Levinsky, the Finnish master of dark electronics, fuses the mysterious atmosphere of cult film soundtracks with a wide variety of musical influences. His music creates suspenseful atmospheres and powerful, cinematic themes that have earned him a loyal underground following.

Millennium Falck is a time-traveling synthwave artist from the future. He describes himself as the result of a liaison between Daft Punk and David Hasselhoff - and you can hear it. His music is a one-man party machine that will make you dance, laugh and cry. A guarantee for a good mood and energetic beats.

The line-up is rounded off by DJ Benjamin Risto Uuno, the local DJ and resident of Helsinki Synth City. As a connoisseur of the scene, he explores the diverse sounds of synthwave and its subgenres, with a particular focus on the darker and heavier sides of the spectrum. He makes sure that the dance floor never stands still.

Then come and join us at the Blue Shell - which is regarded as an authority for alternative newcomers - and immerse yourself in an atmosphere somewhere between Blade Runner and Stranger Things! With fog and neon lights, we dance through the night. All friendly people are welcome, no matter what you look like or who you're into. There's a checkroom, friendly bouncers and a small outdoor area for smoking. And all for a really fair price!
