Since being named "Best Newcomer National" at the Hiphop.de Awards in 2016, NIMO has gone from this status to one of the most successful names in modern German rap with over 4.5 million records sold. With influences from trap and cloud rap, the rapper set new musical trends and celebrated several platinum awards. With his eye-catching outfits, NIMO has stood out since the beginning of his career and has become a real trendsetter who inspires and delights his millions of fans with his iconic sense of fashion. Through his will to constantly evolve and channel his own strengths, NIMO continues to grow not only musically but also as an individual with each release. As a performer, he has won over the crowds with his songs at his rousing live shows across Germany. The huge demand for tickets to see the rapper live was already demonstrated by the "Ountourage 2025", , which was held in spring 2025 and sold more than 45,000 tickets. Many of the venues had to be moved up several times and, like his two hometown performances in Frankfurt am Main, were ultimately completely sold out. His "Home Sweet Home Arena Tour 2026" will take NIMO on his biggest tour to date in arenas throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland in 2026.

After NIMO was sent to juvenile prison at the age of 15 due to delinquency and was influenced by Nate Dogg's album "Music And Me", he made a promise to himself and his mother: "Never again". With his hit single feat. Celo & Abdi - who signed NIMO and announced him as support on their tour - he landed a viral success in 2016, which took him to number 10 in the German charts with his accompanying mixtape "Habeebee" and made him famous throughout Germany. After signing with 385idéal, NIMO moved to Frankfurt am Main, where he quickly made himself at home. His debut album "K¡K¡" took him straight to number 4 in the album charts in 2017. The album features "Heute mit mir" alongside the fan favorites "Wie Falco" feat. Yung Hurn & Ufo 361 and "LFR", it is his biggest hit to date. In 2019, he released the collabo album "Capimo" with Capo, which also landed in the top 10 of the German album charts. His second album "Nimooriginal" reached number 4 in the charts in 2019 and established successful tracks such as the singles "Karma" and "Kein Schlaf". His mixtape "Steinbock" followed in 2020, on which "Nur wegen dir" became the rapper's next top track. With the founding of his own label Moonboys Entertainment, he released his third album "Moonboy" in 2022, on which "Bad Eyez" feat. Luciano was crowned with great success. Since the release of his latest album, NIMO has landed further hits with songs such as "Jung & machen Geld", "Wie beim ersten Mal", "Mittelmeer" and "Aye". NIMO has also released nine EPs and continued to draw attention to his unique rap sound with several collaborations. His latest EP "I Hit You" was released in September 2025.
